HIGHLIGHTS
One of the Nagas who came from the infernal world on the earth started living at the sacred place of Chajaaya and became famous as Chajaai Nag. After some time he went to Khaadvi village and lived there permanently. People built for him a temple there. While constructing the temple statues of Shiva and kedar bachha (calf) were discovered. Later on statues of brass of the three deities were established in the temple. The devta has nine mohras.
